All cams are grooved, made of 20CrMinTi. Processed through multiple processes including forging, normalizing, rough machining, wire cutting, carburizing, quenching, phosphating, and grinding, they achieve a hardness of HRC 55-60 and a groove accuracy of +0.009 to +0.020, resulting in high hardness, precision, and stability.
